Weekly Newsetter 12/7/09
**NOTES TO PARENTS**
We will be having a holiday party on Wednesday, December 16th. If you would like to send in snacks with your child for the entire class that would be appreciated. Please try to send in healthier snacks. Since it is half a day all food will be consumed prior to lunch so I would like to keep the sugar to a minimum. I will provide the drinks.
We only have 1 more week left of our second quarter. All work must be turned in by Friday, December 11th. If work is missing it will result in a zero. Report Cards will come home Wednesday, December 16th. This is a half day with no after school and no lunch. This is also the start of our holiday break. School will be out from Thursday, December 17th thru Friday, January 1, 2010. Class will resume on Monday, January 4th. This is the start of a new quarter with many new concepts being added daily. Please make sure your child is on time and in class daily.
There will be a Christmas program at Grace Chapel on December 9th starting at 9:15 am. All parents are welcome. Each class will be performing a song for the school. Please have your children wear a red shirt with blue jeans on this day. It is very important.
There will be very little homework this week due to all the events taking place. It is a very busy week so please make sure your student is here and on time.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at misty_fite@yahoo.com or 721-4205.
